What makes SlotCue different from a basic calendar link? +
A calendar link shows open slots. SlotCue runs the whole booking operation — it reasons over your rules and everything already booked to surface the best time and writes the confirmed appointment straight onto one always-current schedule. It's the difference between a link and a system.
Can I show my prices on the booking page? +
Yes. Every service carries its own duration and price, and both are shown on your booking page and respected everywhere in the engine.
How is my data kept separate from other businesses? +
Isolation is enforced at the database kernel with Postgres Row-Level Security, so a query can only ever return your own rows — even if application code had a bug. Sensitive credentials are encrypted per-tenant, and every sensitive action is audit-logged. Access is role-based with multi-factor authentication.
Does SlotCue charge my clients at the time of booking? +
No. SlotCue does not collect payment from your clients today — you can display a price on a service, but the charge is not taken through SlotCue. Stripe is used for your own SlotCue subscription only. Our Terms set out exactly what the service does and does not do.
How long does setup take? +
